Finally. The Glacier-esque pace of the Leafs front office is annoying. |

Good idea for Leafs. Next, they need to resign Lindros if there is room. |

Unloading Domi and Belfour was good as well. |

If he gets to play with Sundin this could be a really good signing. How much of last year was the new rules and how much was it the Sedin boys?
That's not to knock the signing, the guy had a big year. I'd have taken him if I was the Flyers. |

well said....
i like this move, if it's true.....gives Sundin a winger to put pucks in the net with
and ya i guess this will stop any further negotiations the Leafs were having with Peca |

Nobody knows. The Flyers also have a glacier-esque speed in the front office. Apparently they're going to wait and see if Primeau's brain bursts out of his skull and tries to strangle him for not getting the message.
The Flyers docs say it could be from a virus, but of course, they also called Jeff Hackett's inability to stop a beach ball Vertigo.
Primeau, if the symptoms clear, is scheduled to play for Sami Kapanen's Finnish team in August to gauge if he can even contemplate if he can return. |

I'm not sure about that. Nobody thinks he actually could have been a fluke last season? I find him a bit old at 32 also, I prefer Samsonov. You have to admire Nordiques drafting however: this guy was taken in the 10th round, 220th overall!!! |

i just heard off tsn that the leafs signed wild forward erik westrum...does affect anything, besides clarke wilm's role on the team ???? or for that matter, every other UFA linked to the leafs considering the great lack of cap room? incoming trade ??? |

I did point that out, but he's performed at a decent level before last year.
I dislike Samsonov-great skill, but he's soft. |

Westrum was a minimum signing and will be in the mix with Wilm and Belak as the Leafs 23rd man. |

He's great for a few games then disappears for a few. Sammy doesn't do much if the game is physical. Just look at his performance in the finals.
As for Carter, he's a very streaky player and he can't create his own chances. How many tap ins did he get playing with the sisters last year. |

will everyone just please give it a rest?! im sick of the fan-bashing, a team's fans could all be retards and it wouldnt affect the team's success, this site is for hockey and hockey teams, people who wanna talk about fans should find somewhere else... |
