Here are the projected lines (subject to change) for the Devils:

Ryan Carter - Stephen Gionta - Steve Bernier
Stefan Matteau - Jacob Josefson - Cam Janssen

Bryce Salvador - Marek Zidlicky
Andy Greene - Mark Fayne
Anton Volchenkov - Henrik Tallinder

Notes: Martin Brodeur will start...Krys Barch is expected to sit up front...Peter Harrold and Adam Larsson will remain the healthy scratches on defense...Adam Henrique is still recovering from injury and will not play...Devils will go with the same lineup...Devils are 1-2-0 all-time when hosting the Flyers in their home-opener.

Flyers to watch out for:

Scott Laughton - He's been very impressive in his first two NHL games with the Flyers. If he wants to stick, he'll have to continue to provide energy, grit and perhaps some offense to the team.

Claude Giroux - He was the Flyers leading scorer last year, he's their leading scorer so far this year and he has 19 points in 19 career games against the Devils. New Jersey's defense better be ready for him.

Tye McGinn - Zac Rinaldo is out of the lineup due to injury and McGinn is the beneficiary. He's making his NHL debut today and if he wants to remain in the NHL he'll have to force his way on the team with solid play.

Devils to watch out for:

Stefan Matteau - He earned another game with New Jersey based on his opening day performance against the Islanders. If he plays as well as he did Saturday he could make an impact.

Ilya Kovalchuk - He was a Flyers killer last year recording four goals, 11 assists and 15 points in 10 combined regular season/playoff games.

Mattias Tedenby - He recorded an assist and looked very good Saturday playing on the 2nd line with Patrik Elias and David Clarkson. Can we expect a repeat performance?
