Sidney Crosby has been named captain of Team Canada for the World Cup. This will continue to be the case for every event that Crosby plays for Canada. The summer fun with the Stanley Cup has ended for Sid and he has been training hard back in Nova Scotia and there some good video of him doing just that.
It remains a sight to be seen when Sid is working the puck down low. He is the best grinder in the history of hockey and just happens to have the hands, skating, and awareness of a superstar to go with it. That is Nate MacKinnon he is working over in the video. He is also playing with his former World Junior linemate and current World Cup teammate Brad Marchand.
