The Islanders begin a home-and-home with Philadelphia Flyers tonight at Barclays. The Islanders are 6-0-2 in Brooklyn and are the only team that has not lost in regulation at home this season.

That could be put to the test tonight as the Flyers have won four straight in Brooklyn. Philly is coming off a 4-2 loss last night to the Vancouver Canucks and have been inconsistent to start the season going 8-9-4. They are winless in last five games (0-3-2) and sit last in the Metro.

Some lineup changes for the Islanders as Dennis Seidenberg and Scott Mayfield will replace Ryan Pulock and Thomas Hickey. I'm guessing Mayfield is in there because it's the Flyers and Weight think they are still the Broad Street Bullies. After missing the last two games, Cal Clutterbuck returns to the lineup. Alan Quine will sit.

Thomas Greiss will get the start in place of Jaroslav Halak who has struggled. Halak is 0-3-0 with a 4.36 GAA and .838 save percentage in his last three starts.

The Islanders have something to be thankful for this holiday season as noted dirty player Radko Gudas was suspended 10 games by the NHL for his slash on Winnipeg's Mathieu Perrault. He will miss both games this week.
