The Islanders have signed forward Scott Easnor to a two-year, two-way contract. Easnor has 16 goals, six assists in his AHL rookie season. Easnor signed a two-year AHL deal last summer and was a teammate of Mat Barzal in Seattle (WHL).

Christopher Gibson will get the start tonight in the beginning of a home-and-home against the Washington Capitals. Same lineup as Sunday's win in Calgary
