Tampa Bay Lightning Unveil New Third Jersey |

Meet the Tampa Bay Lightning’s new third jersey.
After months (years?) of speculation, the Bolts finally released a new third jersey today. Gone are the dark blue uniforms. Not gone is the word “BOLTS.” I know that some people around here desperately wanted that word to disappear. I've never minded it, and I do think the black looks sharp.
The black uniforms are a throwback to the team’s original colors and colors through the years. For those of you who are either new to Bolts Nation or don’t remember, there was a time in Lightning-land when black was the primary color of all things Bolts. Maybe this third jersey brings back some memories for all of you.
