Knowing we have to have a good attitude in our locker room, would you consider Heatley now

Ron Hextall: We've had long discussions. His past? But I'm gonna spell it out. Unfortunate accident in Atalanta, he asked to be traded. I can live with that. Ottawa, goes to the finals, signs a big contract. Now I want to be traded.

There are issues. Problems with Hartsburgh and problems with Clouston. 3 coaches he has problems with? That raises red flags.

We need a high scoring left winger - clearly what we're after.

Is Heatley the right fit? I'm not sure.

Are we willing to give up players and prospects for the hefty contract? I doubt it

It's interesting to see L.A. publicly struggle with, whether or not they want to "pay" for Heatley and what they're willing to pay.

Hopefully come monday, there will be something new on the Heatley front.
