Andrej Sustr Re-Signed
The Lightning re-signed defenseman, Andrej Sustr, to a one-year deal worth $1.95 million. He played in 80 games during the 2016-17 season, recording three goals and 11 assists.
Yanni Gourde Re-Signed
Tampa Bay also re-signed forward, Yanni Gourde, to a two-year, one-way contract worth $1 million per season. Gourde recorded six goals and two assists in 20 games with the Lightning last season.

The Lightning extended qualifying offers to the following nine players:

Andreychuk & Recchi Headed to Hall of Fame
Former Lightning players, Dave Andreychuk and Mark Recchi will be inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame. Andreychuk, a Lightning legend, played 278 games with the Lighting, scoring 68 goals and adding 61 assists. Recchi only played 62 games of his 1,652 game career but recorded 45 points.
