In their second trade in less than 24 hours, the Tampa Bay Lightning have sent Brian Boyle to the Toronto Maple Leafs. Boyle was set to become an unrestricted free-agent this summer.

In exchange the Bolts receive the highest of the Leafs 2017 second-round picks and forward, Byron Froese. Toronto currently has their second-round pick, San Jose's, and Ottawa's.

The Lightning are clearly in "sell" mode as the trade deadline draws closer. Will be interesting to see what else unfolds.
