Given Winnipeg wants a young, left-handed NHL defenseman in any trade for Jacob Trouba I think the Anaheim Ducks make the most sense.
I don't know how it'd work financially for Anaheim, they still have to get Hampus Lindholm and Rickard Rakell re-signed, but a deal that includes Cam Fowler and a quality prospect or draft pick makes sense to me.
I think Fowler's perceived value is higher than his on-ice value but he is young, was a high draft pick, has experience logging big minutes and is a left-handed shot so I could certainly see Winnipeg having interest.
Fowler only makes $4 million, and Trouba reportedly wants a lot more than that, so, again, I'm not sure it'd work dollars wise but in terms of having what Winnipeg wants I don't think there is a better trade partner than Anaheim.

Jacob Trouba could fit onto 30 rosters in the NHL. He is young, talented, and already has 3 years of experience. I think the Oilers are a great fit for him. He wants to play on the right side in the top 4 and he would absolutely take that spot. Edmonton needs to find a quality right handed defender even with the addition of Larsson. More is better. A top 4 of Klefbom-Larsson, Sekera-Trouba could go a very long way to making the Oilers a competitive club.
As for other teams, there are only a handful with more than enough right shot defenders. Almost every team in the league should be willing to listen to the asking price. The Jets will do what's best for them. I hope they do it soon and it's Edmonton with a decent offer.

I think the best fit for him is in Arizona.
The Coyotes have OEL, but Stone isn't the #1 RD on a competitive team. He'd be pretty good if you could move him down in the lineup, and OEL and Trouba would form potentially the best pairing in the NHL - at least one of them.
The Coyotes also have the prospects to get it done, and, once their ghost players are moved to the LTIR, they'll have the cap space too.
