Barry Trotz is your Jack Adams Winner

Barry Trotz has won the Jack Adams Award was the leagues best coach in the 2015-16 season.

With a record of 56-18-8, the Washington Capitals won the Presidents Trophy has the leagues best team during the regular season, setting a franchise record with 120 points.

Trotz beat out Gerard Gallant and Lindy Ruff by a large majority with 344 total points (58 first place votes).

Meanwhile, Alex Ovechkin lost out to Shea Weber for the Mark Messier Leadership Award (or whatever it's called).
