In these "fool me once" times it is easy to understand why most are approaching these sessions with expectations in check...I however am hopeful at least a few of the walls which have been blocking progress will be chipped away...

I will have another blog coming, but in the meantime Forbes Magazine has done their annual estimates of team worth, and make no mistake about it, team worth is at the heart of this lockout...Year to year these teams make some money, but it is when they sell a team an owner can see the most back.

Here is Forbes' List found HERE
Teams Losing Money in Bold. One team which actually barely made money was the NJ Devils, but remember...they had 4 ROUNDS of Playoff tickets! Best deal on this list is obviously the St. Louis Blues at 30. St Louis is a strong hockey town and has a great young core of players..They just happened to have been sold at a cheap price recently.
