Some Quick Hits before I get back to updating the Rumor Chart. It has been a VERY interesting day for a Friday in late August!
* There are reports out there that Tanguay is close on a decision, but I really get the impression it may be the other way around here. I am hearing that three teams, Tampa, NYI, and Minnesota are all waiting on Tanguay and if he is willing to play a year for less or go longer term...
* Hannan to Washington is a rumor that is still very much alive right now. It would not be Nylander that is going to be moved from what I can tell. The Sabres and Isles also really like Hannan.
Like many of you out there, I was up late last night playing the NHL10 demo on Xbox. The game is great but quite a tease.

*Weird things happen with the puck and goalies react to that much better than ever before.
