On Anaheim…
The Ducks have apparently worked out a deal for Vatanen, however reports that the parts are set may be a little premature…I am told McPhee still holds the cards here and has two separate options he can pick from with Vegas…the price is going to be high.
On Minnesota...
RFA Erik Haula looks to be signing today with Vegas…solid pickup and very underrated player…This however does workout for the Wild and will count as the pick for Vegas from the Wild’s roster…
On Tampa…
Bobby Mac at TSN is reporting the Lighting are moving Jason Garrison to Vegas…Perfect kind of players the Knights are building toward…
On Pittsburgh…
As I have been stating, the Penguins are trying to get Matt Duchene…and one source confirms to me that “one piece in that deal is coming from Vegas…” I can only assume the Penguins are getting one of the extra first rounders from Vegas and moving that to Colorado…”
On Ryan Miller and Anaheim….
Keep an eye out for Miller to be moved AFTER the expansion draft to Anahiem/..
Mark Andre Fleury to Philly via Vegas?
There are plenty of reports out there that MAF is ok heading to Vegas…and OK staying there as well…I am still hearing the possibility that he will be moved from Vegas to Philly.
The Panthers are also still in HEAVY talks with Vegas…
