It's like listening to Eklund's greatest hits but here we go!

First off, Peter Forsberg.

I loved watching Foppa play, and there is no question that even a semi-healthy Forsberg is intriguing to NHL teams. He obviously still has the passion for the sport. Peter played some pain-free games for Modo and is officially listed on Team Sweden's Olympic roster. Early off, there was a strong belief that Peter may just stay and play with Modo, but he has already told the team that the NHL is his goal and this preseason tourney is a one-time gig.

So who is interested? Well of course Peter loved the three cities in which he played: Colorado, Nashville, and Philly. Peter also would only come over and sign with a team he feels has a real shot. So Colorado may be out of the mix. One of Forsberg's best friends in North America still is Scotty Hartnell in Philly and Forsberg has other ties to the area. But the Flyers won't be the only team.

Other teams that Peter has expressed interest in playing for in the past include The Rangers, Sabres, Canadians, Senators, and Oilers. We will have to wait and see I suppose, but Foppa looks to be heading back to the NHL sooner than later.

Mats Sundin.

Now married (a wedding Forsberg attended) Mats is in the midst of deciding whether or not he wants to make millions of dollars playing a sport he loves. While trying to decipher Sundin's intentions is purely fodder, I have it from a VERY strong source that two teams, LA and Edmonton are very much interested. I have also heard that the Sens could get involved if they free themselves of cap space with a Heatley deal.
