Great Job Yesterday on Team Canada. Today we look at Team USA... First last year's roster....

Goalies:
Ryan Miller
Tim Thomas
Jonathan Quick

Defense:
Brian Rafalski
Ryan Suter
Paul Martin
Jack Johnson
Erik Johnson
Brooks Orpik
Mike Komisarek

Forwards:
Joe Pavelski
Zach Parise
Phil Kessel
Jamie Langenbrunner
Paul Stastny
Patrick Kane
Dustin Brown
Bobby Ryan
Ryan Malone
Ryan Kesler
Ryan Callahan
Chris Drury
David Backes

Were it this year I would definitely think Brandon Dubinsky. James van Riemsdyk and James Wisniewski would get longer looks, and even if Ryan Miller was healthy it's hard to imagine a better battle for the #1 spot than Ryan Miller vs. Tim Thomas...

Who do you put on the Team USA team?

Applications still being accepted...

Also, still looking for GMs to help us pick the teams. I received several great applicants via Hockeybuzz and emails to Eklund (at ) hockeybuzz (dot) com. Bill Meltzer and I will be working on this project (there is none better at the game in both North America and Across the Pond than Bill) and we will be picking teams with that team's GM.

Be back..will be live chatting during the Capitals Flyers at 5 pm today...so join us for what will surely be a great battle...
