On Chicago...

Add the Hawks to those who are "interested in Kyle Turris." The Hawks make some sense as they are mostly in need of depth up front...Nothing against Brunette or Carcillo, but are they really "top 6 guys?" Currently?

On Calgary...

Talks with NJ are heating up and at least one source says the Flames are "playing down how major this deal could be. Calgary is looking for leadership and character I am told. They may have also had some discussions with Montreal...who has interest in Jay Bouwmeester...Long shot for Bouwmeester? Well it could be Philadelphia, who doesn't look the same on D without Chris Pronger...Pronger will be back...but what if he gets hurt again?

On Montreal...

Tonight's game of the night has to be Boston and Montreal. The Habs were damn impressive against the Flyers especially considering they could have easily gotten caught looking ahead to tonight's game. The Habs play tonight could be very telling. There are STRONG rumors they could be looking at Bourque in Calgary and could pull the trigger if they sputter. Just added: Montreal is scouting Hemsky as well...

On the Kings and Bolts...and Canucks And Bolts

There are definite discussions going on and the more I hear, the more I believe the Lightning are looking at Bernier and Schneider as a possibility to fortify their situation in goal.
