Was just informed this by a source. The offer was described as a "Goldilocks" offer (not too cold, not too hot, etc) My question to the both sides...Should they really send Jack and Jill up that hill again?

By the way...the owners are also getting antsy...they want this offer by Tuesday and a response in 48-72 hours...
