I will have more of an update and a rumor chart update later this afternoon, but I wanted to get this up pretty quickly...It was just texted to me by three different sources.

It had been speculated in the past that Markov could make sense in Toronto...it feels like a very Lou move to me...but this is the first time I am hearing it as an actual possibility...more to come..
