Ok, first the majors:

*The Sedins. JP Barry was on Leafs lunch and it sounds like the Canucks are offering the Sedins a five year deal. Be interesting what they do because they must know that Montreal has serious interest and would love to tie them up for 7-9 years I am told.

*The Canadiens. They are in a pickle if the Sedins return to Vancouver. I am told there may still be a last second call today for Vinny but the chances that the Canadiens get that done will depend on how much they are willing tp give up. The Canadiens also have serious interest in Gaborik (who is believed heading to Vancouver)

*Joe Thornton. While the Sharks say he is untouchable, I can tell you that at least one Eastern Canadian team has inquired.

*Havlat. The LA Kings have interest in Havlat as a UFA and Scott Hartnell from Philly.

*The Blackhawks are putting some creative packages together in an attempt to possibly move Huet to Edmonton or Colorado and sign the Bulin Wall.

*Hossa's deal in Detroit should be announced this evening.

*Jay Bouwmeester. It is all down to term of deal. It should get done.

*Komisarek. Add the Bruins as a very serious possibility.

*Koivu. Looks very much like Anaheim.

*Erik Cole. Make the Ottawa Sens a favorite, followed by NJ.

*Jay McKee: The player who redefined shot blocking in the new NHL was bought out yesterday and is looking at Buffalo. He also is on the Leafs Radar, BIG TIME.

Heatley: some deals coming in from places that Dany may not want to play right now. Atlanta and Dallas respect what he brings. Can he respect them?

Cammalleri: Washington or Nashville.

more to come..
