To me the most troubling story about this entire debacle is the fact NHL season ticket holders have already paid for an entire season.....a season which the NHL and NHLPA have very little concern over losing the first two months...

It rubs me very wrong..they have our money, and where's the pressure on the NHL to get this going? Shouldn't it be illegal to take money and not provide a service? Shouldn't the NHL be required to refund IMMEDIATELY the first two weeks of a season you paid for?

I am curious who among you has called your team up to find out what they are doing with your money? I have already heard many stories.

Some teams are saying "your money will be applied towards the playoffs." I feel awful for the team sales people who have to tell season ticket holders that policy. Those salespeople have it hard enough making a living selling a game which doesn't exist right now...then they have to tell people who paid for a game they can just pay for other games instead??

There needs to be something done about this and fast. We live in the Internet age and people everywhere are talking about this injustice. Tensions are rising very quickly. I can feel the boiling point and the NHL can as well. The Internet is a force now. It was a trickle in 04. It's a waterfall now.
