Not going to say "I told you so..." but, I totally told you so.

But I have been writing about how this town was my favorite place to see a hockey game for the last decade..

I did write the following in my preseason picks on October 12th....

"The Preds will make the playoffs and in the West all you need to do is make the post season. With Rinne the Preds could barely make the playoffs and still find themselves in the Stanley Cup Final..."

So yeh...I kind of did say so...

But none of that is important right now...

What is important is the Nashville Predators are Western Conference Champs and they are heading to the Cup Final for the first time EVER.

I couldn't be happier for everyone involved and I will call them all by name and write that story in the next week. It's been a CRAZY ride Smashville! Enjoy it!!!
