Nate Prosser has signed with the St. Louis Blues on a two way contract.
Prosser, the Elk River native has been a solid foot soldier for the Wild filling the role of depth defenseman over the last 8 seasons. He has played in 282 registering 7 goals and 38 points over that span, while also appearing in 20 playoff contests as well for the Wild.
Prosser often had to step into the lineup at a moments notice and did that very well. Although, he was not a steady top 6 Wild defenseman during his Wild tenure, his experience and ability to play in all situations with any defense partner is an attribute that is worth more than statistics can ever mention.
