The Wild return home tonight after their 1 and 4 road trip.

The results may not have been good, but the games were a lot closer than the result.

There are 13 games left in the season and playoff matchups to be decided. No panic in this team though as adversity now will serve them well moving forward.

This Wild team is too good to roll over and don't think for a second that they will. They are well coached and prepared to compete every night.

It does not matter what has happened in the past with previous Wild teams or any other team for that matter. This is a new version of the Wild with much different voices in their ears and in their heads.

Bruce Boudreau has built a solid reputation of strong communication with his teams and his staff of Scott Stevens and John Anderson bring tremendous experience to this group.

Stop worrying about past failures and reading what scribes and so called experts write. If that was ever true why would we need to play the games.

Watch the game with some objectivity and look inside the game a little and you will clearly see that this is truly a team that plays for each other night in and night out.

Tonight the Rangers come to town without Henrik Lundqvist, but still a force to reckoned with. They are built very much like the Wild with a very disciplined style of play, well coached and fast. A mobile defense that is able to create the transition game from defense to offense very quickly.

Tonight should be a good test for the Wild as they look to get back to their winning ways in front of the home crowd in the raucus Xcel Energy Center.

It's always Hockey Day in the State of Hockey!

Let's Play Hockey!
