Isles Add To Front Office |

The New York Islanders announced today that they have hired Chris Lamoriello to be in charge of player personal. If the name rings a bell it is because Chris is son to Hall of Fame General Manager Lou Lamoriello.
Chris had worked with the Devils organization for 21 years and was the GM and Senior Vice President of the Albany Devils from 2001 through 2015. Lamoriello will fill the vacancy left by advisor George McPhee who recently left to run the Las Vegas franchise.
This is a very good signing to add more experience to the front office and with the name Lamoriello, Chris will be more than capable of helping Islanders General Manager Garth Snow.
