1) In the final day at the World Junior Evaluation Camp in Plymouth, Michigan, Team USA rolled past Team Canada by a 5-1 count. Neither Travis Konecny (for the second straight game) nor goalie Carter Hart played for the Canadians in this game. Tanner Laczynski did not record a point but recorded one shot on goal for the victorious U.S. squad.

2) In Saturday's other game, Team Sweden skated to a 3-2 shootout win over Finland. Flyers defense prospect David Berhard scored the game's first goal for the Swedes, pinching in from the left point, taking a cross-ice pass and scoring from the top of the left circle. Goalie prospect Felix Sandström, who had two strong games over the past week, did not play.

The 2nd annual Flyers Alumni Fantasy Camp is sold out.

The camp will be held Aug. 19 -22, 2016 in Atlantic City. The Alumni have assembled an excellent group of instructor/coaches this year, including Hockey Hall of Famers Bernie Parent and Mark Howe, along with the likes of Danny Briere and Flyers assistant coach Ian Laperriere.

The official Flyers Alumni website will soon have a camp preview and exclusive photos afterwards of the various on-ice activities, end-of-camp tourney and off-ice festivities.
