Toronto Maple Leafs have jumped another of many bullets they have had to face this season.

Nazem Kadri ''Bob Ross'' as often called by Steve Dangle ended up on the other side of his nickname last night. Leafs forward was noticeably annoyed by the call that was made on the ice but he complied and went straight to the penalty box and this is where things went downhill for him.

As he entered the penalty box.. this happened:

He got yelled at and that is about it.

Did he do it on purpose? Clearly not, an accidental strike. He even went to apologize when speaking to media
Kadri: I feel terrible about it. It's an emotional game & I kind of got out of control. I didn't even realize I hit him until I saw the replay afterward. I must've apologized to him a thousand times in the penalty box ... there's no excuse for it. It won't happen again.

As per NHL Insider Darren Dreger Kadri is unlikely to face any disciplinary sanctions:

Dreger: Colin Campbell and Hockey Ops took a good look at the incident last night. Likely nothing more than a warning.

As per reports Nazem has also reached out to the official to apologize in person and patch things up.

What do you think? Should Kadri face any fine/suspension or not? Discuss in the comment section.
