AkBars win and take a two game lead in the KHL finals

AkBars Kazan managed to seal another victory against CSKA Moscow 2:1 (1:1, 1:0, 0:0).

The Kazan side has moved in front 2-0 in the series. The next two games will be played on Wednesday and Friday in Moscow.

Justin Azevedo opened up the scoring in the 1st period with a blast from a face-off circle taking an advantage of AkBars powerplay. In the final minute of the third period, Bogdan Kiselevich got the equalizer while capitalizing on CSKA's man advantage. Four minutes prior to the end of 2nd period Rob Klinkhammer demonstrated that he could score as well with yet another amazing snipe. The score did not change for the rest of the game and AkBars could celebrate being up 2-0 in the series.











On Saturday in the 1st game of the series, AkBars won the game with a score 2:1.
