Has Jack seen enough of Skille to make a decision on him? Is this Josh Bailey's breakout game? I think it's his birthday too.

7 am: For the second time ths pre-season, the Islanders will face the NJ Devils. This time, on the ice at the Prudential Center. Ryan Clowe will make his season debut and Cory Schneider will get the nod. If you have tickets to the game, you will get to see it. If you do not, you are out of luck.

While this game was scheduled long ago, it will not be aired. Even though these are two of the three hockey teams whose broadcast rights are owned by MSG, they never scheduled to produce a broadcast of it on any of their channels.

Certainly we understand that producing a broadcast is expensive. No one works for free, but to think that MSG felt it was not worth it to air EITHER one of their team's tonight seems a little pennywise and dollar foolish or just plain petty.

Art Staple mentioned that with the back-to-back games tonight and tomorrow, John Tavares is expected to play in only one of them. Will it be tonight? Perhaps as it may be best to keep him out of the line-up against the Bruins -- again.

Who will be in tonight's line-up may be interesting. This is still a time to evaluate players and with so many of the top players seemingly injured, we'll be seeing some interesting line combinations.

What we would like to see is another win over the Devils for the Islanders and the game. The WRHU team will be at the Pru, so at least we will have the audio stream to follow along with Twitter.

Let's see what tiime Art Staple gets the line-up for tonight out of Capuano. I'm thinking about 11 am. Should Halak get the game? That's my opinion. But my opinion doesn't count.
**My opinion didn't count, but Halak will play the full 60 as per the Isles at 10:25 am.
