Some Quick hits for you...

So far today I have updated Phillips, Gardiner, Erat, Gaborik, Mouslon, Halak on Eklund's Trade Rumor Chart

On Moulson and Stewart....

I am told by three sources the wheels are in motion on what could be a blockbuster between Ottawa and Buffalo... Last night of course this is related to the three way deal being rumored by Bob McKenzie and Kevin Weekes. A source told me that Tim Murray was adamant to get the Miller deal done by yesterday to focus on Moulson, Ehrhoff and possibly Tyler Myers...although the price is REALLY high on the latter.

On Gaborik...

The Rumor I keep hearing is the Kings have interest in Gaborik if the Jackets are willing to keep some salary...

On Halak...

He's a Sabre for now, but he is also a pending UFA who has shown an ability to steal playoff games in the past. The Sabres will have several options including Philly, Pittsburgh, Washington, and Minnesota.

On Jake Gardiner...

He has been quiet on the Rumor Mill until today, but today I am hearing the Coyotes, who I thought were pretty stacked on the blue line, have interest...makes me wonder if something else is at play in Phoenix.

On Chris Phillips...

We have heard the Bruins are interested, but I also am hearing the Avalanche will be the team to beat...The Sharks are mildly looking for D help and have expressed an interest...

More to come...including the latest on Vanek, St. Louis and Kesler...
