Amongst Miller rumors, Enroth to start tonight

After standing on his head and recording a pair of assists, Ryan Miller was backed up by his teammates as they managed to get a 3-2 win.

They couldn't hold a lead, so scoring a goal in the final minute of play was huge, and the Hurricanes couldn't even get Ward out of the net until the very end.

Even if you're aboard the tank for the #1 pick, it's still nice to see the Sabres get a win once in a while.

Christian Ehrhoff became first dman in Sabres history to score a go-ahead goal in the final minute of the 3rd period. I find that hard to believe, but Elias Sports.

Konopka and Tallinder will return for the Sabres tonight, probably replacing John Scott.

The Hockey News is reporting that a Miller trade will happen and fans should brace for a letdown. Teams are not going to overpay and make things easy for Buffalo, so the return in a trade may not be as high as some would expect.

Either way, the Sabres starting goaltender is very likely on his way out over the next week or so.

“By trading Ryan to a contender, a good team that is maybe lacking only his position, I think that we’ve certainly not done a disservice to him and we’ve helped the organization in our own right.” - Tim Murray

However, Jhonas Enroth is expected to get the start tonight. Will he finally be able to snap his losing streak of 13 games?

As always, thank you for reading!
