On Ryan Miller...
It's picking up. The Islanders are now tied with the Blues in my opinion with the Caps being not far behind....Will it happen before the Olympics? No one knows, but I still believe it won't.
On Matt Moulson..
This has been the Kings target for quite some time, but the Sabres fans will be happy to hear the price is going up a bit as the Canucks have "gotten very hot on Matt" per an NHL source.
On Tuomo Ruutu....
Tuomo is a character guy who can be a difference maker in the playoffs...the Blue Jackets are looking very much like a playoff team right now....The Caps have interest as well...
Jake Gardiner...
Rumors have emerged that the Leafs and Oilers have talked again about a deal that would include Gardiner and Gagner....plus a few more pieces as well. The darkhorse here could be Florida.
On Halak....
There appears to be a game going on here that would see the Islanders grabbing either Miller or Halak. One source speculated, "Wouldn't it be interesting to see either Halak or Miller start for the Islanders in Yankees stadium this week?"
On Byfuglien....
The Canadiens are VERY much in on big Buff.
