The Anaheim Ducks are 16-0-2 at the Honda Center this season (now 17-0-2). The Vancouver Canucks are poised to change all that.

Following an embarrassing loss to the Los Angeles Kings last night the Canucks jumped all over the Ducks in the first period grabbing a 2-0 lead through 20 minutes.

But the Ducks don't give up easy. A Saku Koivu goal in the first minute of the second period cut the Canucks lead in half and it's been all Anaheim since then.

Late in the second it's still 2-1 but somehow I doubt that will be the final score.

I'll update as the game moves along.

UPDATE: Tie game! Matt Beleskey has evened this game up in the waning moments of the second. Shots are 18-0 Anaheim in the second period. Yes, 18-0!

UPDATE: End of two periods and we are tied at two goals apiece. The Ducks outshot the Canucks 20-2! Great way to rally and show why the Honda Center may just be the hardest building in the NHL to play in and win.

Update: Kevin Bieksa scored 1:06 into the third period to give Vancouver the lead back. Ducks now on the PK

Update: Nick Bonino scores late to force overtime and the Ducks keep the point streak at home alive...19 straight to start the season. Wow!

Update! Corey Perry scores with 1.3 seconds left in overtime to deliver Anaheim an improbable 4-3 win!

I have seen some incredible hockey games in my time but this one has to be in the top 10 funnest to watch of all time. The Ducks were dead after 20 minutes and yet they somehow found a way to flip that switch and dominate the final 45 minutes of play.

This run at home the Duck have been on is so dang impressive and now they can hang their hat of this miraculous win. Good stuff from your Anaheim Ducks.

Who's next?
