A few quick hits this morning...

First off, and I honestly am just reporting this because of the source being very reliable, the Canucks have major interest in Rangers D-man Michael Del Zotto and could be willing to part with a major offensive player to make it happen. Knowing Vigneault as I know you all do....the name shouldn't be too hard to figure out...

Also....the Capitals are looking to bolster their defense and are talking to Calgary, a team with an abundance of experienced, some might say well paid, d-men. The Capitals have played more team oriented hockey in the absence of AO and you can't help but think learning how to do so is only going to help this team moving forward. In a similar way to what happened to the Penguins as they learned to play without Crosby...
