The Islanders conclude their four game home stand tonight as they battle the Vancouver Canucks tonight at 7pm at the Coliseum. The Islanders are currently 1-1-1 on the home stand and they will look to make it a winning one as Islanders head coach Jack Capuano was forced to make some line up changes due to the injury of defenseman Lubomir Visnovsky and the two game suspension of forward Michael Grabner.

On defense the MacDonald and Hamonic pairing will remain the same. Rookie Matt Donovan will pair with Brian Strait and Matt Carkner will play along side Thomas Hickey. On the power play Andrew MacDonald will join the first unit and Matt Donovan will take Amac's spot on the second pairing.

Up front, Brock Nelson will make a return to the lineup for the suspended Michael Grabner. Nelson will take a spot on the third line alongside Peter Regin and Cal Clutterbuck. Finally their will be no changes in net as Evgeni Nabokov makes his fifth straight start.

I'll have an update from across the sound tomorrow afternoon, including news on Ryan Strome, Anders Nilsson and more.
