Canucks forward Zack Kassian has been suspended the remainder of the preseason as well as five regular season games. Dale Weise has also been suspended and will miss the remainder of the preseason, as per Bob McKenzie.
Obviously both players will not play tonight.

The Vancouver Canucks search for their first win of the preseason continues tonight when they host the Phoenix Coyotes.
Puck drop is at 7PT/10ET and can be seen on NHL Network (US) and Sportsnet-Pacific in Canada.
The Canucks will ice their most competitive lineup yet as it features the Sedin twins, Ryan Kesler and more. This lineup is essentially what we can expect to see from the Canucks when the regular season begins next week.

- Shinkaruk was good in spurts, but overall I wasn't all that impressed with his game. I think he'll have to step it up a bit if he wants to make the team.
- Santorelli was awesome against the Oilers and has all but officially earned a spot on the roster. Another good performance tonight would go a long way in doing that.
- We all saw what happened during Luongo's only start of the preseason thus far. Historically he's been a slow starter, but Canucks fans would like to see a much better performance than what he showed against the Oilers. He was less than spectacular, to say the least.
