Last week I wrote a piece entitled The Sky Is Falling! The Sky Is Falling! (not really). It was there that I discussed that GM Dale Tallon's conservative approach to free agency was not only the smart thing to do, but necessary with all the great talent coming up through the organization.

While there will be some growing pains for the young pups, my colleague Alain Poupart discusses this further in this great article about the youth movement in Florida.
