The New Jersey Devils have re-signed two of their own.

No, not Adam Henrique and Jacob Josefson, but rather AHLers Darcy Zajac and Tim Sestito.

Zajac signed a two-year, two-way entry level contract worth a total of $1.1 million, if he were to play both seasons in the NHL.

Zajac, 26, has spent the last few years playing on an AHL contract with the Albany Devils.

The 6'1' forward had nine goals, 17 points and 86 penalty minutes in 66 games last season.

Sestito, like Zajac, signed a two-year, two-way contract extension.

The 28-year-old forward spent most of last season in the AHL with Albany where he recorded 23 points and 103 penalty minutes in 67 games. Sestito also saw six games in the NHL with New Jersey.

Both of these signings provide organizational depth and in Sestito's case, you get a player with 70 games of NHL experience signed who can be a serviceable depth player at the NHL level if needed.

Lou Lamoriello isn't done just yet.

Devils sign Michael Ryder.

I take an in-depth look at the Cory Schneider trade.
