Lou Lamoriello is at it again.

Heading into free agency he said he'd be as active as any General Manager, and he sure wasn't kidding.

Earlier in the day he signed Ryane Clowe and Rusty Olesz, but he apparently wasn't done there.

The New Jersey Devils have signed Michael Ryder to a two-year deal, according to Rich Chere.

He will earn $3.5 million per season.

Ryder, 33, scored 16 goals and posted 35 points in 48 games this past season. Ryder was also a 52% possession player.

Patrik Elias signs three-year extension with the Devils.

I take an in-depth look at the Cory Schneider trade.
