The Maple Leafs are buying out Grabovski which opens up space for them to sign Clarkson OR make another move...Weiss? Or possibly Stalberg I am told...

I fully expect Grabovski will be well compensated by another NHL team sooner than later...Look to Dallas, NJ, NYI, Phoenix, and Washington.

Evander Kane rumors are popping up again...

This would be a hockey trade where Winnipeg will get plenty in return. In typical fashion of the source who told me about this today I was cryptically told "Eastern Canada." Could be any of the three....UPDATE..added this: I am told the Senators are VERY much in on Evander Kane...

I am told a decision is very likely tonight and it appears down to two or three teams...Hearing Montreal and Nashville appear in the front...NJ and Washington are also possibles...

Add Nashville to the list of possibles...especially should Briere head elsewhere...Horton visited Columbus yesterday.
