On Thursday afternoon, brimming with confidence, Jhonas Enroth told the assembled media that he feels that he's ready to play a 60+ game NHL schedule. Jhonas reflected on the turning point of his Sabres career when he was sidelined with painful which forced him out out of a 3-2 skills competition loss.

Enroth's back was up against the wall and yet he fought with all his might to overcome the adversity and negativity that had crept into his head.

Where Lindy Ruff was turned off to Enroth's abilities, Ron Rolston immediately became a card carrying member on the Enroth Army.

Jhonas like we've never seen before. Fresh off his IIHF World Hockey Championships gold medal win, in his home town of Stockholm, Enroth is so much more to the Sabres thank a back-up goalie to Ryan Miller. By virtue of his impressive, often times superlative performances in 2013, Enroth has earned the right to start games in the NHL. He's proven that he's not just a back-up goalie anymore.

He's conflicted. He wants to be the starter in Buffalo, however, he very good friendswith starter Ryan Miller.

Enroth wants what Miller has. The starting job in Buffalo.

Enroth admitted that he's not worrying about Miller's situation in Buffalo right now. He focused on becoming the best that he can be.

“Obviously, I care what’s going to happen with Ryan,”.

“He’s a good friend of mine. I look up to him a lot. I wish him the best. Whatever happens happens. Who knows what’s going to happen? But I try not to worry about that too much right now.”
