9:30 pm: While the Nassau Coliseum has been called so many demeaning things over the recent years, we're actually climbing UP the ranking a little.

Check out the latest from Stadium Journey, the site that reviews each entertainment venue: http://www.stadiumjourney.com/news/05-11-2013/337/2013-nhl-arena-rankings

And if you're ever travelling and want to find out about someplace before you get there -- check Stadium Journey first.

I guess I should look and see what exiting Islander I should discuss next.

1:30 pm: The New York Islanders have a few members of their last season roster who are looking for new contracts, but to tell you the truth, I didn't see this coming.

It was just announced, before Art Staple's end-of-season Newsday chat that the Islanders have given Eric Boulton a one year (one way) contract for next season.

So if you were out there thinking those 15 games just weren't enough to see Eric Boulton in an Isles sweater, you can breathe a sigh of relief as he'll be coming back.
