THE BUZZ

Does this game need any more buzz?

Intense rivals meet for the second time this season, with both teams legitimate contenders to win the West. And of course, there's all the Keith-Sedin subtext to keep the trash talk flowing on the message boards.

Although virtually each game in this shortened season is against a probable or likely playoff foe, this one stands out as very big. No team would probably take more joy, or claim more notoriety, in ending the Hawks' consecutive points streak on their own home ice than the Canucks would.

Expect a very good game.
