Day #14 of Sabres in focus - Christian Ehrhoff

This was a great signing, and I think Ehrhoff will prove why with a stellar year. He's signed through the 2021 season, so he won't have a contract year for a long time.

After a pair of 14 goal seasons with the Canucks, Ehrhoff scored just five times with the Sabres. However, three of those goals turned out to be game-winners.Although the team didn't do well overall last season, I think Ehrhoff will rebound this year and hit the 50 point mark for the second time in his career.

With a year under his belt playing for Buffalo, Ehrhoff should excel, especially with the help of Tyler Myers as his partner.

Also, Ehrhoff had played at least six playoff games in every year since the lockout, but that streak ended with the Sabres failing to make the postseason.
