I'm trying to figure out what Tyler Ennis's true value right now as he continues to sit out on the RFA market.

There have been a whack of forward signings in the 10 days. Some make sense, some don't.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

This morning, the Flyers signed RFA RW Jakub Voracek to a 4 year, $17 million extension. Thats a lot of escarole for a former seventh overall pick who has never scored 20 goals in a season.

Nashville re-upped Colin Wilson this week for 3 years and $6 million. Nice player. Good value.

Florida just signed Kris versteeg to a 4 year $17.6 million extension. The guy's name is on the Cup and produces wherever he plays. Good value.

Nashville has signed Sergei Kostitsyn to a 2 year $6 million extension. Not sure I'd pay Sergei like this.

Last week, Edmonton signed Sam gagner to a 1 year, $3.2 milion extension. Thats a lot of dough for a guy who cannot put together a whole season of production.

Toronto has locked up Nik Kulemin for another two years at $2.8 million per season. Decent player. Good value.

Then, there's the TJ Oshie 5 year extension that will pay him $4.175 per season. Power forward. Good value.

We saw flashes iof his dominace and brilliance when he was rightfully moved to centre for Stafford and Foligno last season. Were it not for two high ankle sprains. Ennis may have performed at that level all season long.

If you are Darcy Regier, what term and salary do you offer to Ennis right now?
