Well, the Sabres signed someone today, and that was Drew Schiestel.

"Buffalo Sabres General Manager Darcy Regier today announced the team has signed defenseman Drew Schiestel to a one-year, two-way contract.

Schiestel (6’1”, 197 lbs., 4/9/89) was selected by the Sabres with the 59th overall pick in the second round of the 2007 NHL Entry Draft. Through three seasons in the AHL, Schiestel has appeared in 156 professional games, tallying 52 points (8+44) and 71 PIM.

Last season, the Hamilton, Ontario native played in 59 games, notching 17 points (2+15)." -Sabres.com

I was looking over the top free agents remaining, and realized that there are quite a few former Sabres on the list.

Jaroslav Spacek, Ty Conklin, Dwayne Roloson and Dominic Moore are all on the list and you can even count Jochen Hecht, too, since it's unlikely that he will we back. Moore has already played for nine NHL teams.

I was wondering if anyone knows where to find a list of all former Sabres that are currently in the NHL, or signed by another team. Let me know if this is out there.
