I have received nearly 1,000 emails from angry Sabres fans after I called the Minnesota Wild "THE BEST TEAM IN THE NHL RIGHT NOW." Yes I admit that the Sabres couldn't have started any better, and need I remind you that I picked that Bison to win the conference and on more than one occasion have called the "the fastest team in NHL history." I have also said many times that I believe if Jay McKee doesn't go down for game 7, the Hurricane player isn't alone in the slot on the power play, doesn't score, and the Sabres would have gone on to win the Cup.

Now before the ire of Carolina fans hits me, understand that I have also defended you folks by saying that I thouhgt the fans in Carolina were the most amazing and "loudest fans" I have ever been around...Never sitting down once in game 7.

That of course will upset the Oilers fans who were pretty darn loud and the anthem was the greatest anthem ever...

except for of course the Chicago Stadium in the 90s...
