Zach Parise is starting to heat up.

Speed, skill, and determination has gotten Parise to become one of the NHL elite. He also maybe one of the best two way players in the league. If he keeps up this pace, I'd like to see him be considered for the Hart trophy.

The Devils are still undefeated on the road and handed the Rangers their first losing streak of the season. I am not sure if it has anything to do with being away from the Rock. It's no coincidence that when Devils' defenseman, Andy Greene, is in the lineup, the Devils are 5-0. You would have to think that Jacques Lemaire's teachings has given Greene confidence and revival on the Devils' blueline.

I really liked the new line changes. The Devils can roll four lines to wear down opponents and will get an added bonus when Patrik Elias returns to the lineup after having surgery.

One of the best fights I have seen in awhile.

Good article about the travel as a professional hockey player
