Belfour to Detroit is still very likely according to sources close to the scene. The Blues are also trying to land a goalie and have been in discussion with Manny Legace (e3). It has also been speculated that the Blues may be trying to pick up a veteran goalie via trade.

Lots of talk on speedy and experienced Greg Johnson has heated up in the last few days. Ottawa (e2), Detroit (e1), Boston (e2), and Philadelphia (e1) are all interested in the leader and superb penalty killer (a combination that many teams are hoping to address in NHL2)
