Time to take a look at the kids as the Nashville Predators Annual Conditioning camp begins today. Twenty five prospects will go through their paces, learning how to get in condition to play in the NHL, team building exercises and more.

This year’s top draft pick Ryan Ellis is expected to be at the camp along with hometown favorite son Blake Geoffrion, last year’s first round picks Colin Wilson and Chet Pickard. Jonathan Blum, Mark Santorelli, Ryan Thang, Roman Josi and Teemu Laakso are also scheduled tobe in town.

On ice sessions are scheduled for Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. We’ll be there to cover it and put together a podcast for HockeyBuzz Radio.com!

The Predator organization is certainly going to leave a mark on the 2010 Olympics. David Poile and Gerry Helper are both involved with the USA Hockey Olympic organization…

The Tampa Bay / Nashville rumblings continue … Tampa appears to be interested in Dan Ellis… Several names are being bandied about coming back the other way.
